The ReadyNAS 3200 can be configured with up to 24 TB of storage and features redundant power supplies, and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports supporting load balancing and auto-failover. The Intel "multi-core" hardware platform includes 4 GB of ECC memory.
The 3200 can be configured as a single X-RAID2 volume that supports redundancy, online expansion and two-drive fault tolerance. The NAS can also be set to use standard RAID and configured for multiple RAID 0, 1, 5 or 6 volumes.
The product supports the standard ReadyNAS feature set that includes multiple iSCSI targets, CIFS/SMB, NFS and AFP network file systems, Rsync and secure rsync for volume replication and Active Directory for user authentication.
The ReadyNAS 3200 will be available in "late July" in 6, 12 and 24 TB configurations starting at $4,999 estimated street.
