Thecus Announces $200 RAID1 NAS

The N2200‘s two hot-swappable bays support both 3.5” and 2.5" SATA drives, which can be configured in RAID 0, 1 and JBOD.

Other hardware features include 10/100/100 Ethernet LAN port, four USB 2.0 ports and LCD status display.

Software features include a BitTorrent / HTTP / FTP download manager, UPnP AV / DLNA and iTunes media servers, IP camera recording, SMB/CIFS, FTP, NFS and AFP support and schedulable backup to attached drives or other Thecus NASes.

The N2200 will be available next month at a suggested $199 list price.
