Synology says it has released new firmware that gooses the performance of all of its ARM-based NASes.
DSM 3.2-1955 is a free update that the company says will give its ARM-based NASes, i.e. those using a Marvell processor, "up to an 18.8% gain in performance".
The firmware update also is said to improve data transfer stability of USB 3.0 storage devices and compatibility of iSCSI targets with ESXi servers.
