mSpot has increased free storage to 5GB on its cloud music service.

mSpot allows users to upload their music to the mSpot Cloud and then immediately start listening from desktop browsers, Android and iPhones for free.

Additional storage is available for purchase at 40 GB for $3.99 per month.

The timing of the move is very likely a response to Amazon’s new CloudDrive service, which also offers 5 GB of free storage.
