CES 2012: More TRENDnet Announcements

CES logoTRENDnet’s second group of announcements include a slew of IP cameras and easy-peasy wireless-N extender.

TRENDNet said it will refresh its network camera line with the rollout of twelve IP cameras during the first half of 2012 featuring better imaging at lower prices.

Eight of the cameras will feature megapixel resolution with H.264 compression, six support 802.3af Power over Ethernet and six support 802.11n wireless.

Other features in the mix include infrared illuminators for low light/night viewing and motorized pan/tilt. TRENDnet said street pricing will range from $65 to $300.

For your wireless extension ease, TRENDnet will have the TEW-736RE 300Mbps Easy-N Range Extender for you starting next month.

The company said this new addition is all about ease of setup, with a simple push of the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on your router and the TEW-736RE being all it takes. The TEW-736RE comes with a three year limited warranty and will list for $59.99.
