QNAP Expands, Updates Add-On Library

QNAP has added four new add-ons and three updates to its QPKG library.

The new QPKG applications include:

pyLoad, a fast, lightweight and full-featured download manager

Transmission, a BitTorrent client which features a simple interface on top of a cross-platform back-end

Gallery, a popular photo album organizer

Piwik, a real-time web analytics software program

Updated QPKG applications include:

PS3 Media Server, a DLNA compliant UPnP Media Server for the PS3

WordPress, the free, open-source personal publishing system

OpenLDAP, an open source implementation of the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) and is packaged with phpLDAPadmin to provide the web-based administration functionality

All the QPKG apps are available for download now either from the QNAP V3.4 OS interface or from QNAP.
