WD Adds Dropbox To Backup Utility

WD logoWD has released a new backup program that includes Dropbox integration.

WD SmartWare Pro is a Windows backup program that supports on demand and scheduled backups to attached USB drives, networked shares and your personal Dropbox account. Up to 25 versions can be stored of each file.

The software offers continuous backup for automatic, continuous background backup and scheduled backup supporting hourly, daily or monthly backups.

SmartWare Pro can also back up files located in a user’s Dropbox to an external hard drive.

WD SmartWare Pro is available now as a free 30-day trial download. The standard license for up to three computers is normally $29.95, but currently on sale for $19.95. A premium 10 computer license is also available for $10 off its $49.95 list price.
