Cisco Revamps Entire Linksys N Router Line

Cisco Linksys E3200Cisco today unveiled the rest of its new Linksys E series wireless routers.

The four new routers round out the completely refreshed Linksys line of consumer routers, adding to the top-of-line simultaneous dual-band E4200 [reviewed] announced in January.

The new routers have replacements for all Linksys N products and include two single-band (E1200, E1500) and two dual-band (E2500, E3200) models.

All models include Cisco Connect software for set up and network management and include time of day access and domain blocking parental controls

Cisco also added three SE series switches with styling to match the new E routers. The new models include:

  • SE1500: 5 port 10/100 ($29.99)
  • SE2500: 5 port 10/100/1000 ($54.99)
  • SE2800: 8 port 10/100/1000 ($74.99)

All models are available now with MSRPs from $59.99 for the entry-level E1200 to $179.99 for the top-of-line E4200. More info at the Linksys site.
